The apartment, which is very spacious, has two bedrooms and three full bathrooms, however the quality of the finish in the bathrooms does not match the rest of the apartment. The kitchen does not have plates, cutlery, glasses or pans so it is only used to store in the refrigerator, or heat something in the microwave. They only give you towels to dry off after bathing, there are no towels to dry your hands. The beach club they take you to is acceptable, however to have access to the club within the subdivision they charge you an excessive rate per person per day. The food in the restaurant is acceptable however there are many flies and they do not have fans. You need to bring a car because it is quite far from the center of Puerto Vallarta.

It was a fraud, I technically reviewed through the hotel and even then they did not inform me of the services that they no longer had, they sent me a video in which everything looks very nice but it turns out to be a lie.

The holiday at this hotel was a nightmare, it was a real fraud. Bad food, with ridiculous quantities, when there was any, because the waiters' constant apology was that it was over. We traveled on an all-paid plan and they only offered a limited and poor quality menu, the drinks tasteless, very discounted. The happy beach club, a fiasco, is a restaurant where the waiters behaved poorly, as there were a lot of foreigners, they completely ignored us When it came to requesting assistance, it took hours. It has misleading advertising, nothing to do with what they offer and the reality that is experienced. On the days we were there, there was no entertainment. I must admit that the room was good, spacious and clean. It is the only redeemable thing. My recommendation is that you do not visit this place, unless you want to have a bad time or feel like you have been robbed.

Excellent service, animation and treatment, they keep you very active and make you spend a pleasant, clear and free moment. Very spacious rooms, and fun amenities. A good time with family and staying together

Very bad management both in the hotel and in the Casa Jaguar restaurant. I have the all-inclusive and they are limited in drinks and food and the truth is that the portion they give in the food is very small. Now that they have changed the beach club, it is disappointing. I do not recommend it at all. I hope they return to the previous beach club and get new management. This is for the owners to check.
