Habitue de la chaine Barriere , nous avons ete bien reçu des notre arrivée et avons apprecie le hall la piscine et son solarium avec des transats super confortable quant a la chambre tout y est avec une belle vue sur piscine et l ocean quand au petit dejeuner a l'image de la chaine produits frais et tres varies je ne peux que recommander a refaire des que possible

Great view of beach and pool with small balcony on 5th floor Lift was very scary as kept banging and clunking not for the faint hearted Room was a little dated and tired Food at the hotels beach restaurant was excellent and your right on the sand Food available all day which is rare for France so great for when you arrive mid afternoon Staff were very good and attentive

La carte du Bar a changé et la qualité des vins proposés a réellement baissé. Pour être précis, le Hautes-Côtes rouge ou les vins blancs, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune ou Sancerre, n'ont aucun intérêt. Je ne peux imaginer qu'un sommelier ait validé cette carte peu en cohérence avec le prestige de l'hôtel. Pour le reste, l'hôtel est toujours aussi agréable et il paraît que les cocktails sont excellents

L’Hermitage est un magnifique hôtel idéalement situé sur le front de mer dans la plus belle partie de La Baule. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup d’élégance et de sobriété, et bénéficient de tous les équipements pour vous permettre de passer un très agréable et confortable séjour. Le personnel est d’une très extrême gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner servi dans une somptueuse salle de bal est exquis. L’hôtel propose une grande piscine extérieure chauffée ainsi qu’une belle piscine intérieure et un espace spa et fitness parfaitement équipé. Les soins dispensés au spa sont par ailleurs de très grande qualité. Nous reviendrons assurément pour un nouveau séjour marin !

Passage nostalgique dans ce qui fut un hotel où nous allions souvent avec les enfants. On passe sur les prestations toujours aussi bonnes ! On insiste en revanche sur le personnel absolument genial ! Gentillesse, professionnalisme … efficacité ! Que ce soit en chambre, à la réception (merci pour vos sourires et votre gentillesse) la conciergerie et les porteurs tu aussi dévoués !! Mention spéciale à Soizic, la nouvelle responsable du bar (je crois) qui a su « raconter » ses cocktails et décrire ses vins avec humour et disponibilité ! Franchement donnez nous la « mine » où vous trouvez votre personnel !!!!!! Merci pour tout

LE LUXE ABSOLUE Premiere fois que nous venions dans cet hotel ou tout est parfait proche plage chambre vue mer bien meublee et produits Guerlain dans la salle de bain Agreable piscine avec beau solaruim et matelas de piscine tres confortable petit dejeuner avec excellents produits le plus plage privee avec matelas et parasol a disposition merci a toute l'equipe de la reception et du petit dejeuner et du restaurant a refaire sans moderation

Iconique et majestueux. Cet hôtel est une référence est terme de luxe. Accueil irréprochable. Vue sur la mer. Des mets d’exceptions. Néanmoins, la literie et la chambre reste vieillissante. Un simple coup de jeune ferait de cet hôtel un exemple.

Décor très agréable , personnel vraiment accueillant MAIS service décevant. Après une promenade face au vent nous voulions prendre un thé réconfortant. Nous fûmes très déçues : de vulgaires sachets de thé accompagnaient des théières en inox. Le Club Barrière pourrait quand même investir ! Pour 7€ nous aurions pu imaginer des tasses en porcelaine de Limoges, et du thé en sachet mousseline . Pas de cookies, ni petits gâteaux . Où est passé le bon goût à La Française ?
