I was going there for a medical appointment through Hope Air and I am disabled and was unable to get the suitable room for the full 3 days so found myself stuck making 2 price bookings very different!!

It was good but I would have liked the pool to be open on Monday morning and for the price of the arcade 3 hours I find it long 3 consecutive hours so we only stayed 1 hour for $40 1 child 1 adult

Hôtel à proximité de l’aéroport, bon accueil, grande chambre avec deux grands lits très confortables , machine à café, frigo, très calme , petit déjeuner buffet simple mais correct, bel espace piscine.très pratique pour un transit à l’arrivée où au départ.

We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Quebec. Location of the hotel is nice and there are many options for fast food around this hotel. They provide underground parking. Boston Pizza is also located in this hotel building. Hotel is nice and clean. Room was very modern and modern bathroom with all toiletries provided. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our sat in the hotel. Breakfast was also lot superior compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip. There is no restaurant and room service in this hotel.

Terrible hotel. Terrible breakfast. Sausages are cold. Fruits in can ; in summer in Quebec, fruits are in abundance. Towels are located at the reception so every morning you have to go down to the lobby and ask for towels... but the pool is on the 7th floor. Even the employees don't understand why the towels are not on the 7th floor where the pool is. Reception not welcoming. etc.

Nous avons réservé une chambre quadruple avec deux grands lits. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un seul lit et un second escamotable. Également, on nous a donné la chambre 401 en bout de corridor plus petite que les autres. L'attente est longue aux ascenseurs. Le petit déjeuner est complètement engorgé, il manque de places et les gens perdent patience. Les jeux d'eau si bien annoncés ne fonctonnaient pas. Esxpérience très décevante.

We booked this last minute as we cancelled the previous booking at another hotel due to terrible reviews. Pros.. excellent location.. Boston pizza located in the hotel, McDonald’s, La Cage, Mikes all within a 5 minute walk. Movie theatre and Maxi. Pool was decent for kids, not too cold.. the rooms were ok.. free parking and free breakfast. Cons.. located right beside a train track which is not mentioned anywhere and the train passes at 5am while blowing the whistle.. so if you have small children keep in mind.. the hotel staff does not mention that either.. the room description says 2 queen beds including a Murphy bed, however it is one queen bed AND a Murphy bed.. the breakfast is somewhat lacking.. scrambled eggs and sausage.. canned fruits.. they could add the waffle station. Can’t expect much more for breakfast included.. there is a Cora in the parking lot also. We would probably return.. we wouldn’t rule it out.

Ils ne font pas le ménage des chambres dans un séjour de 3 nuits. Les poubelles sont restées pleines, les tables non lavées, plancher non balayé, la salle de bain sale et pas assez de nouvelles serviettes. Mon petit garçon avait fait pipi dans son petit lit. Je l'ai mentionné à la réception et ils n'ont même pas changé les draps, ni changé le matelas. Seulement le lit principal a été fait dans tout le séjour. Il a fallu visiter la réception 2 fois pour avoir quelqu'un du ménage pour faire le travail. Les murs sont craqués, et il y a de la moisissure dans le bas des vitres de la douche. Ils vous forcent à payer la totalité de la chambre à votre arrivé et ce même si leur courriel stipule que seul un dépôt de sécurité de 100$ sera demandé à l'arrivé. Ils prennent aussi plus d'argent que supposé, avec des frais surprises injustifiées quelques jours après. Pire expérience d'hôtel de ma vie. Et le staff est totalement désintéressé par leur travail. Aucune chaleur. Ils ne connaissent pas les règles de leur établissement.
