Mauvaise odeur dans les corridors (sûrement les tapis) et en rentrant grosse odeur de parfum pour homme dans l'entrée. Chambres ok bien qu'assez petites. Déjeuner inclus quand on réserve directement via l'hôtel sur place mais pas un gros choix d'aliments.

Senteur de renfermé, viellissement apparentes de la chambre, salle de bain démodé! J ai demeuré à cet hotel il y a quelques années et mon experience était beaucoup meilleur! Je regrette d avoir réserver réalisant le manque de maintien ! C est pas plus qu un 3 étoiles maintenant !

We were VERY disappointed in this hotel, which is barely above the level of a motel - and I paid 200€ per room per night!!! The rooms smelled bad and were very dimly lit but also very basic. The air conditioning is so loud that it’s like sleeping next to an engine - impossible to sleep with it on but too hot without it! We went to the pool twice for the children but there were a lot of hairs floating in the pool and it was tiny. The online photos give an impression of a good size pool and a smart modern hotel but it really isn’t the case. This hotel has NO aspect of luxury or comfort and the breakfast was VERY poor. At breakfast they had the loaves of bread laid out like at the supermarket, in their plastic wrapping!!! There was very little choice, just coco pops, rice crispies, a small amount of fresh fruit, and the bread. Some tea and coffee, in a horrible room worse than a roadside café, and you had to clear your own plates and throw away your own trash!!!

points positifs: chambre avec 2 lits queen confortables salle de bains très propre beaucoup de pression dans la douche douche téléphone décor simple mais épuré points faibles : air climatisé avait un bruit de frottement aux 2 secondes ; on a dû le fermer, pas très pratique un 7 juillet chaud et humide linge du précédent client retrouvé près du lit mentionné ces 2 points au service à la clientèle, aucune offre de remboursement ou rabais je recommande cet hôtel mais sans plus

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Quebec City airport and to several restaurants. The building is new and still under construction. Very comfortable mattresses and big rooms. Two big issues: poor maintenance (the heating was not working properly and the desk lamp was not working). The complimentary bottled spring water is not free and they charge a little fortune for them. This is terribly disappointing for a 200$+ a night hotel with disgustingly tasting tap water from the city. Very shortsighted and cheap decision. It could be a way better hotel with better maintenance and a smarter management.
