Stay away from this hotel! The owner does not belong in the hospitality industry! Last weekend was an important one for my family. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. I booked a room for a one-night stay at Tramontana Suites. Three days before our arrival I got a call from Management where I was told that my reservation was cancelled due to “Technical issues”. It just so happened that ONLY our unit had power problems. According to them, they put their best efforts to find an alternative accommodation option but couldn’t find one. I did my own research and all available options were in the €500 - €600 per night range. Being last minute and all… I asked them to at least reimburse me for the ferry tickets since they were non-refundable. The agent said that he had to confer with the owner. An hour later, he denied the request. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never recommend this establishment!
