Stayed here for two nights and overall it was ok and met my expectations.
The hotel is close to Arashiyama, and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions of Arashiyama on foot. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area, suitable for living and quiet. There are some popular word-of-mouth restaurants and hot springs, which are very suitable for a vacation and slow down the pace.
The conditions of the hotel are average and the price itself is not expensive. But the service is very good, and there is a shuttle bus to Saga Arashiyama Subway Station, which is very user-friendly.

Even though I checked in late at night, the man at the reception was very kind and gave me information about the parking lot and services.
I chose the course that included breakfast. It was very delicious.
The room was adequate for an overnight stay.

But to be honest, you can live in Saga. Transportation to and from Kyoto is very convenient. Can't blame the hotel. The hotel is quite decent. I couldn't open the window at night, but the front desk clerk drew me a cute picture and taught me how to open the window, which solved the language barrier problem. People can also enter the room and open the window, but I find it inconvenient and refuse.
