The staffs were really helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy with valley parking available. We did however got complaints when kids were being kids in the room. I didn’t think the kids were making excessive noise though. Overall good, but a bit pricy.

The hotel's SPA is not a traditional Japanese hot spring. It is a mixed bath for men and women who need to wear swimsuits. I was a little disappointed that I didn't feel the authentic Japanese hot spring bath. The other facilities are OK and standard.
