I stayed here without meals and was able to use the room without any problems. Thank you. I left my cell phone at the front desk and the front desk staff responded immediately. I'll use the room again.

Location is good, staff can communicate well to English or Chinese. Only problem I have is the pillow are kind of too flat however it just a personal thing. Overall stay is good

Excellent hotel, apparently quite new. The room has everything you need, there is enough space for two. There is a laundry room where you can wash your clothes for free, and the bathroom in the room is equipped with a dryer, on the ground floor there is a dining area where you can heat up food bought at the convenience store and eat it there, there is a smoking area at the entrance, there are vending machines, the staff is polite and speaks English. What more could you want?

The room was large enough for two people. It has free laundry service (the shower has a dryer, you just have to hang the clothes there and it works really well). Really close to a shopping street with nice restaurants and shops. Also super close to the bus that goes straight to kyoto station. The personnel were super nice and helpful

I really give 5 stars for this hotel. It offers laundry and no problem with drying since the room is equipped with a drying facility. The bed is so comfy. Clean and location is just so near the markets. 8-10 mins walking to the Nijo Station. Also, bus stations are nearby. Nijo Castle visit is a must which is just nearby.
