Great service. Very nice staff who were all extremely helpful. They provided many restaurant suggestions and helped us make reservations. The room was amazing and it came with a silk bath, drinks and snacks that were restocked daily.

We had a very pleasant stay with the hotel which is comfy and nice! The hotel staff are also very friendly. And the breakfast and dinner were impressive. Surely will come and stay again when we are in Kyoto next time.

The location is quiet and comfortable, very clean and beautiful. Warm reminder that there is no TV📺, but I felt very comfortable and relaxed😃.
