I forgot to take pictures, but it was quite clean. The triple room was suitable for a family of 3. There was a microwave and a small oven.

The hotel is close to Jr Kyoto Station, a 5-10 minute walk. It is located on a quiet street, facing a park. There is no sound at night and it is very quiet.
There will be English-speaking staff at the counter who are very polite and friendly. They will say hello and bow when they come back from going out, making you feel like you are being taken care of.
I highly recommend Private Bath. It only costs 1,000yen for 50 minutes and you can take a hot spring bath alone on the top floor. It is very comfortable and satisfying.
