The hotel's location and the room size are great. However, the bathtub was not very clean (there was a lot of hair stuck to it). I went to the large public bath around 7am on a Sunday morning, and it was all for ourselves, and the indoor bath was hot and comfortable. The outdoor bath was a little lukewarm, probably because it was a day when the temperature in Kyoto had dropped significantly. Check-out was smooth and done by machine. Overall, I was satisfied, and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
