Disadvantages:
1. The facilities are old and there is a musty smell in the room
2. The service management is backward. The door must be locked at 12 o'clock in the evening (like a student dormitory). The door key must be returned every time you go out and you can get it at the front desk next time you come back
Advantages:
1. It is very close to Kyoto Station, but there are other hotels with the same price and good hardware facilities for 20 years in just a few steps

I really like the tatami and the grassy smell in the room. The service is thoughtful and polite. The hotel is conveniently located, opposite the station, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. Highly recommended!

First of all, the location is really good as it is right in front of Kyoto Station, and I stayed in a really quiet place considering it was in front of the station. I think the public bathhouse originally had 4 rooms, but since it is currently under renovation, only the men's and women's baths are available for use. However, the shower space is small, with about five seats, and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves as we went when there were only a few guests staying. I also had fun wearing traditional bathrobes. I enjoyed the breakfast, and I am satisfied with the friendly assistance provided by the staff.

Very good, with separate bathroom, luggage lockers and hanging wardrobes, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, teapot with sencha snacks, kimono yukata, air conditioner is very good, windows are very large, very quiet, just outside the station, subway and bus station. The convenience store is in front of the door, very convenient and hygienic.
