It's still OK. The price and location are reasonable. It's not convenient to take the bus with a large suitcase. It's quite far to walk to the subway entrance. If you need cleaning, you can hang a sign.

The staff were polite. The laundry room was not clean. There was a sign with food dripping down. It was like that for over a day. The dryers do not get cleaned often, filters were full. Our room was nice and spacious but our bathroom was tiny. The curtains had horrible stains on them. The AC needs cleaning, air was stuffy. The hotel room really needs to be refurbished. I’ve stayed in other hotels with similar pricing and their level of cleanliness and comfort was much higher.
