Kyabram Motor Inn

We stayed at this motel after visiting Kyabram fauna park. It definitely does the job. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was great, and it was clean.

Stopped here for 2 nights. Manager was friendly and helpful. Room (deluxe king suite) was spacious and clean. The only downside was the pillows - like sleeping on a rock (so I borrowed one from a local friend). Heating worked well, good on a cold night.

The bed was amazing! Wanted to take it home with us! Parking was easy and check in and out very fast! Was just a quick walk to the Main Street or drive. Only downfall was people smoking outside our room. The smell was making its way inside. Not pleasant. But overall a great stay!

This accomodation was reasonably priced, well appointed, clean and in a tranquil setting. I found my stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Complete with a microwave, tea & coffee making facilities & a toaster. Nice bathroom and a generous sized room. A short walk to shops and eateries it was ideally located for a visit to Kyabram and just a quick drive across to Echuca. No real road noise to speak of. The mattresses could probably do with an update soon but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you and we will visit again soon.

A phone call to tell us the key was in the Key box for room number 10 fair enough. Arrived and got the key only to find cobwebs in the light shade next to the bed, cobwebs on the floor next to bedside cupboard, cobwebs on the bathroom walls, large biscuit crumbs and other things underneath the lounge chairs. New pillowcases just taken out of packet and put on the pillows. Went down to reception to check on payment no one there, left this morning having not seen an employee or owner of any kind. So will not use this business again, no cleaning standards of any kind

Staff was lovey but all down hill from there. I have never seen such dirty carpet in my life, in main walking areas around beds the carpet was dark and sticky with god knows what. The only clean thing in the room was the sheets and towels. I was shocked that I had to call reception to ask for a spoon and a plate so I could make my cup of tea, I had to use a face washer to wash cups with before use as cloth supplied was old and dirty. Shower screen had not been cleaned so I had to rinse shower with hot water and dish liquid before use. Cobwebs in bathroom and bedroom. I was very grateful that I had my own shower products with me as the products supplied were large used bottles that every customer must share. I have stayed in a lot of places over the years and have never been so shocked with the filth. I was to upset to even say something to the reception as I struggle with confrontation.

Good location. Terrible service. Extremely dirty especially the carpets. Could not walk barefoot. No cutlery provided. Dust and spiderwebs everywhere. Please wash those carpets at least! Enough said? Never Again.

This was clean apart from the two kitchen cupboards had coffee spilt down the front The pillows are in need of replacing. I don’t know how I feel about large bottles of body wash and shampoo and conditioner that other people have used before us it just doesn’t feel right To be honest

Checked into a dirty room, receptionist had no idea the room hadn’t been cleaned, no apology and said that she had only arrived the day before and hadn’t worked there before. Lace curtains on the bathroom windows offer questionable security. Furniture covered with stains. Filthy carpet. One of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in.
