Very average hot spring hotel. The hotel is located next to Lake Akan with beautiful scenery. But the facilities inside are outdated. There is a large bathhouse, but there is no outdoor hot spring. The hotel has a shuttle bus to sister hotel Heya to use their hot springs. The staff are polite and have good service attitude. Breakfast and dinner are average. There are many tour groups staying.
