The room was nice facing Lake Akan and the dinner was good. The only downside was the breakfast but everyone got a fresh pineapple bun at checkout which was a nice touch.

The hotel is a typical Japanese hotel, relatively old but very clean, with free coffee in the lobby. I highly recommend the one night and two meals option. The hotel is right outside the Akan Lake Pier, and is only a few minutes' walk from the Four Sisters Izakaya and the Ainu Folk Village.
