The room I booked was a room with a private bath costing more than 4,000 yuan. The staff told me that the TV was broken and gave me an extra room where I could watch TV (there was no private bath. But it turned out that even the air-conditioning in the room that cost 4,000 yuan was broken. There are leaks and mold around the house, and there is a musty smell. Wow.

Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive.
Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive.
Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine.
Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.

This is the first time I give a bad comment on hotel that ranging this price. Although the location of the hotel is nice, the staff here are not well trained and impolite, which is not really deserve this price and this standard. The staff at the front desk is very impatient, and the attitude is quite rude, such as pointing finger while talking, and is not helpful at all. Compare with other hotel which are less expensive, the attitude is unacceptable, and staff here seems lack of training and passion to work, and not being nice. The room is not really cleaned up well, and there are some insects on the rooftop.
