The free shuttle bus goes from Karuizawa outlet to the hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, you can check in immediately. I wanted to make an appointment for dinner at 17:30, but it was full, so I can only make an appointment at 19:30. I soaked in the hot springs first, and then took the hotel shuttle to Tangmei. Went back to the restaurant for dinner. The food quality was ok, but there weren’t many choices. I soaked in the hot springs again the next morning and then checked out and returned to Karuizawa.
