The room is spacious and tidy. Service are very good. The hotel is quite far away from the center but solved with shuttle bus! Nice trip there.

The room has a private bath and a free bus service, which requires reservations and shuttles to and from Karuizawa Station. However, there is only one return bus, which is scheduled to be set up in the town in the afternoon. Guests can check out and then go sightseeing in the town.

I like the hotel. It is very big and Japanese style. There is an open-air hot spring in the room! You can also go to the private hot spring downstairs! There are three open-air pools in total. It's a pity that I only went to one! I have to go to the other two if I have a chance! The people at the front desk are also very enthusiastic! Dinner feels pretty average! The hotel also has a bus shuttle recommended! Although it took me more than three hours to get there from Tokyo, I think it is worth it! !

膳食有點難食，房間不大，房內只有暖氣沒有空調，10月的天氣用不上暖氣吧！對於不太習慣暖氣的人有點難受！
