"I chose this hotel for my trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment was refreshing, and the lobby was spotless and comfortable. The room was a good size, meticulously cleaned, with no odors on the floor or in the bathroom. The bedding was soft and I slept very well. All the facilities in the room were in good working order, hot water came out quickly, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed by noise at night. The receptionist, Idai, was particularly helpful and quick to check me in. She patiently answered all my questions, and her service was excellent. Overall, it was good value for money, a great choice for a trip, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Honestly, the rooms themselves were alright. However, the dining area (on the second floor) was incredibly unhygienic. The floor was covered in water, and the restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. That evening, we had dinner in private room 202 and ordered 4 bottles of Wusu Wheat White Beer. When the bill arrived, they'd charged us for 24 bottles – an overcharge of 20! Fortunately, I wasn't too intoxicated and caught the mistake on the bill. They just casually processed a refund, re-charged us, and thought a simple 'sorry' would suffice to fix such a blunder? Are all their problems conveniently blamed on temporary staff? The most outrageous part was the dining manager. He actually said that their hotel was just a 'typical Kucha hotel.' Was he trying to imply that this substandard level of service is acceptable for them? Or was he suggesting that Ctrip's recommendations are simply terrible?"

"The environment is indeed beautiful, but the price and service are completely mismatched! From check-in, it was chaotic. We were staying for three days, but they only gave us a room key for one day. When we went to sort out the room key issue the next day, they looked confused and asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I mean... And housekeeping every day was incredibly difficult. On the first day, they came with a broom and asked if I wanted them to sweep and mop, then asked what else I needed. I might as well have just cleaned it myself. After they 'cleaned,' it looked pretty much the same as before, and the disposables were never fully replenished. On the second day, they called to ask if we wanted housekeeping. Isn't daily room cleaning a standard procedure for a hotel?! They claimed to prioritize guest privacy, but if you call and confirm, then at least send someone to clean! We returned to the hotel, opened the door, and I nearly fainted – it was exactly as we had left it... It was already 4 PM! The room still hadn't been cleaned, can you believe it? A room costing over 1,000 per night, with this kind of service? I can't accept it. I gave them time to clean, and they told me it was done, but when I went back, it still wasn't finished. You really do laugh when you're speechless. Moreover, I only found out my family's other room had hand soap and a full set of four toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Our room had no hand soap, and initially, only one bottle of shampoo and one bottle of shower gel. They only replenished two more bottles later. The hotel eventually apologized, but you can't expect guests to pay for your mistakes. P.S. On the way out, I used the public restroom, and the hygiene was absolutely dreadful. How could it be so dirty?..."

Love Xinjiang!"

"The hotel room was spacious and bright, and well-equipped. The staff seemed a bit aloof. There were only two complimentary bottles of water in the room, which wasn't quite enough as my elderly companion drinks a lot. We were told there was a limit of four when we requested more. Breakfast was quite average. The staff were very prompt in clearing tables at breakfast, often taking plates before asking if we were finished. This might have been due to a language barrier. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was quite positive!"

"This was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered."

"The location is right next to Wangfu, and it seems newly opened with a great sense of design. There were even newlyweds specifically there for wedding photos. The hotel's proximity to Wangfu makes dining and shopping very convenient. I visited Hainan in May and stayed at several high-end hotels. Compared to Hainan, I feel like the staff here in Xinjiang don't have that anxious feeling that the Hainan staff sometimes have. Of course, the people in Hainan are also very nice, but there's a more relaxed vibe here in Xinjiang."

I stayed here for two nights, and everyone from the receptionist to the food and beverage management staff, room service personnel, and parking security personnel was very attentive, responsible, and welcoming.
