Beds are terribly uncomfortable, with scratchy, cheap, mismatched sheets and dirty carpet. The bathrooms are unheated. Don't recommend if you can avoid it. The restaurant has nice food. The location is difficult to reach, on narrow mountain roads, but the views are beautiful. Only slightly spoiled by the big cement-basin fish farm at the center of the property. The worst thing is that staff (no English, only Turkish and a little Georgian) are not very welcoming. We stayed during Ramadan, and instead of inviting us to join the iftar dinner at the restaurant (we booked several weeks in advance, and expressed desire to have dinner when booking and when arriving in the afternoon), they turned us away at the restaurant door and made us wait in our rooms (no public spaces other than the restaurant and outside, where it was cold and raining) for an hour for everyone else to eat, then let us eat alone...very uncomfortable and gave us the feeling of being unwanted and rejected at a time of year that's meant to be about generosity...

The employees are incompetent and sullen. The road already takes more than half an hour to Yusufeline. If you're going to go all that way to see those faces, go. The trout is bone dry. It's a trout farm but they haven't cooked the fish yet. The breakfast ingredients are nice. Tomatoes and cucumbers are fresh. It's nice to cook. Fried eggs with sauce are good.

Nehrin kenarında, çam ağaçlarının içinde çok güzel bir yer. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Normal oda tutmuştuk ama boş olduğu için bungalova ücret farkı almadan geçirdiler. Bu fiyata bu kalite için söylenecek söz yok. Teşekkürler.
