In the prime location of Kunshan, it is difficult to live in the hotel itself within 200, and this store not only did it, but also did it well.

Except for the space is slightly smaller than Atour, everything else is in place, and even more pleasantly surprised is that this price has breakfast. The front desk staff is very considerate. When they learned that my colleague's family was coming, they were given extra breakfast! The sanitation could be better. The carpet is a bit old, and the sofa and floor are not very clean. They should be cleaner.

The room is very comfortable and there is a cleaning service every day. Health is in place. This is the third time I have lived and it is worth living. There are also many choices for breakfast, especially delicious. When you have no time to eat breakfast at work, you can also ask your aunt to pack the box! I compared several B&Bs near Zhouzhuang online before, and finally chose Mulan Wanqing (later I had dinner at Mulan Restaurant and chatted with the staff, and found that I was actually staying at Mulan Fanli. Wanqing is the newer B&B next door. The two are next to each other, with the same entrance and 9 rooms. Fanli is the owner's own house)
The main reason for choosing this one at that time was very interesting, because there was no air conditioning and water heater in the picture, and it was speculated that it used central air conditioning and centralized hot water system. Combined with the house area, it was speculated that the specifications were relatively high. Hehe, in fact, it confirmed the guess.
Parking is in the free Fuguiyuan parking lot, but it was unavailable when I arrived in the afternoon. The store directed me to the Dongzhuang parking lot, 20 per time, and the store helped me out. (Don't follow the local old lady, you may park too far away)
There are golf carts to pick up and drop off for check-in and check-out, which is very convenient.
The hotel is near the ticket gate of Shenting, which avoids the pain of dragging suitcases when staying in the scenic area, and provides another choice (the store buys tickets for 90 yuan, and you can go to the ticket gate to choose the inn to pay for it. The ticket can be entered and exited freely for three days. If you are not interested in visiting the scenic spot in the afternoon, you can not buy tickets, go in at 9 pm to see the night view, and enter the park before 7 am to stroll without buying tickets)
Walking in Shenting, I accidentally found that the room names of the B&B correspond to the eight scenic spots of Zhouzhuang. Ours is ”Ji Shui Yang Fan”, the owner is thoughtful.
The small courtyard of the B&B has fish ponds and so on. The new courtyard on the Wanqing side has a bit of Tang style, and there is a big moon where you can try ”Three People in the Shadow”.
The cat is called Chou Bao.
The B&B does not have breakfast, but there is a restaurant next door where you can have breakfast.
The socks bottom pastry is provided in the Mulan Restaurant in the scenic spot. The environment is also good. I like the second floor.

I traveled alone, and with the boss, I felt like I had a home in the local area, and I felt very safe. A girl herself would have safety issues. The boss would not interfere with your elusiveness, but would take care of your safety in moderation. It was really touching. The world is beautiful because of such people. I was so happy to grab the boss's snacks. The snack gift pack for the destined person was super delicious.
I love Zhouzhuang. The young operators of the shops are all very good~

It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.

A bit of a walk through the uneven pavement and up and down a bridge, with our heavy luggage and mum’s difficulty to walk is not the best. However, to stay within zhou zhuang, that’s the only option. Ask for 2nd floor rooms will be even better. Our room is back facing the alley where the housekeepers walk in and out chatting .
Owner is also very nice and friendly.

Hospitality is top.
The kids love the outside pool, the main reson we stay at Fairmont every year during the Summer Holidays for a few days.
The indoor Playground is for me too small, too hot, but, for FREE and my kids age 6-10 can enjoy themselves nevertheless, for hours there!
There is a small farm, archery, Go-cart, but we went only once, a bit expensive, the outside pool is enough for them!

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

Entering the hotel front desk, the staff is warm and friendly, the check-in procedures are fast and efficient, and they also took the initiative to introduce me to the various facilities and surrounding information of the hotel, which makes people feel very considerate.
Entering the room, the housekeeper will introduce me to the room type one by one. The room contains a mini bar, a coffee machine, and welcome fruit desserts, etc.....
