"This is a newly opened Hyatt, conveniently located next to MixC, which has a Wagas. It's also relatively close to Suzhou. Compared to most local hotels, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and the high floor offers great comfort. I even left my charging cable behind, and they called to remind me, but it's only about ten yuan to replace anyway, no big deal. The lobby and elevator area have a super stylish design. The elevators reach the 30th floor in just a few seconds – I guess that's 2025's latest technology! All in all, it's definitely worth the price."

The pillows and duvet were fluffy and soft, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. Daisy was incredibly warm and attentive, greeting guests proactively and patiently answering any questions with quick responses, making the whole experience feel seamless and personal. The sky western restaurant on the 29th floor had an elegant ambiance. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including local specialties and exquisite Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and enjoying breakfast high above the city was a fantastic experience. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, with clean and elegant common areas and comfortable, relaxing lounge spaces. The free parking was also very convenient, making self-driving stress-free. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. The environment was luxurious, the service attentive, the location superb, and the facilities excellent. It's perfect for family vacations, couples, or friends getting together. To find a hotel of this quality in Kunshan with such high value for money and a perfect experience is rare. I've already recommended it to my friends, and the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Kunshan."

"This little traditional inn was absolutely delightful 1 night stay and the host family could not have been more kind and helpful. The owner helped us get our bags to and from the inn as everything in this area is pedestrianised and no vehicle is available for transporting luggage. You must register for entrance into the historical zone at the main office before you try to enter the security gates by showing your ID as is the case with all things in China. Don't let this put you off. Smoking indoors is common so ask for smoke free treatment. Highly recommended."

"Whenever I have nowhere else to go, I choose this hotel. I enjoy a leisurely breakfast there, just taking my time. I really like the room layout, especially the twin-bed rooms – they offer great privacy and the space is well-designed and convenient. The toiletries have a scent I particularly like. The bed is large and very comfortable, though the pillows could use some improvement as they're a bit too flat. The front desk staff is pretty and very helpful, though I always forget her name – probably because I'm just admiring her looks! Oh, and one thing: for a five-star hotel, the fridge being empty isn't very reasonable."

"For a one-day trip to Kunshan during the May Day holiday, I compared various options on Trip.com (considering rooms, location, and reviews) and booked the Lamborghini. Parking in the B2 underground garage was a plus for us, as we drive a seven-seater and need ample space (multi-story parking wouldn't work). Check-in was very convenient, and Front Office Manager Chang was incredibly welcoming, even giving us a small gift. He proactively added us on WeChat, offering assistance with any questions. The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a bathtub, perfect for our little one. Breakfast at the second-floor Western restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of food and a comfortable ambiance. It's a shame there wasn't a dinner buffet. On the first floor, there's free craft making, which my daughter enjoyed for a long time. The second floor has arcade games, though not many, and they're more suited for older children. We had lunch at Lan Mian Fang; while pricey, it was definitely worth the money. There's a beautiful floating night market right outside the hotel. Just a few suggestions: there was no conditioner in the room, which made washing hair a bit difficult; and the lack of a door separating the shower area from the hallway felt a bit unusual – perhaps a sliding door could be installed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return if we have the chance."
