入住當天客人不是很多，酒店主動給升級了湖景客房，十分感謝。酒店環境很好，晚上非常安靜，距離周莊網約車大概10多分鐘。酒店大堂經理（女）很熱情，主動與我們打招呼，介紹周邊旅遊景點，並告知一些注意事項，離開酒店時還送我們上車，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的早餐種類很多，餐廳內外的環境不錯，確實快樂的一天從早上開始的。

環境還是不錯的，就是裏面的衞生不太行，還有就是洗澡才發現沐浴露跟洗髮水沒有了，打掃衞生的也沒發現，洗個澡還要悦點水洗，長這麼大也沒幹過這事😔
