This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

The staff were soo polite when we arrived and helpful. It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.

We were a group of six and booked a weekend room. It was quite popular. The toiletries and perfumes were all luxury brands. Afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, welcome fruit, cola, soda water, milk and other drinks were simply endless. Everything you can think of was arranged. The butler service was absolutely in place. They took the initiative to communicate with us before we checked in and established a five-person service team. The main focus was comfort and casualness. Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again.
No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB).
Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

Clean room centrally located inside zhou zhuang. So it allows u to explore the place at night.
A bit of a walk through the uneven pavement and up and down a bridge, with our heavy luggage and mumβs difficulty to walk is not the best. However, to stay within zhou zhuang, thatβs the only option. Ask for 2nd floor rooms will be even better. Our room is back facing the alley where the housekeepers walk in and out chatting .
Owner is also very nice and friendly.

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been betterβit was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

The store has complete facilities and is clean and hygienic. Especially the bossβs service is enthusiastic and he went outside the scenic area to pick us up and take us to the parking lot. Especially after we left the store, we ran out for half an hour only to find that we had forgotten our mobile phone at the store in the scenic spot. The beautiful hostess is warm and service-oriented. The guide to Zhouzhuang will be sent in advance. There is unlimited fruit drinks in the public area. A small suggestion is that a curtain can be added to the bathing area, which is more convenient.

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldnβt even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

Except for the space is slightly smaller than Atour, everything else is in place, and even more pleasantly surprised is that this price has breakfast. And the breakfast is very good, outside the freshly cooked noodles, hot stir-fried vegetables, pickles, egg milk, etc., the breakfast is slightly worse than the Biyaduo, but the price is not at all Ado can be benchmarked, and the restaurant tableware is also very clean, far beyond the standard of this price.

Although there were many tourists during the National Day holiday, the hotel still provided home-like service. We originally booked an ordinary lake view room, but later upgraded to Jinzun Lake View for 466 yuan after arriving at the hotel, and we can enjoy the afternoon tea and happy hour in the executive lounge, which feels very worthwhile. There are not many guests on the executive floor, and you can enjoy the lake view and sunset during afternoon tea and dinner. It feels very quiet and enjoyable. The service staff on the executive floor are also very professional and responsive. After dinner, I accompanied my child to make handmade lipstick. There was only our family, and the service staff still served enthusiastically and patiently, which was very grateful. The facilities were deducted 0.5 stars because the small amusement park on the 2nd floor needs to be renovated and repaired. Because it is positioned as a parent-child hotel, I hope the hotel will still build parent-child facilities well.

TtzpllThe service provided by the housekeeper Xiaozhuang is very comprehensive and enthusiastic. Before check-in, he contacted me to understand the room type requirements. During the stay, he also asked about my stay experience and helped me upgrade to a deluxe room. The environment, sanitation and facilities are all quite good. The front desk staff is enthusiastic. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, which is convenient and fast. The elevator is a bit slow every time.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed itβs because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if youβre still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the βlate checkout privilegeβ so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were βintentionalβ or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you
