民宿的位置很方便。周邊有商場。吃喝玩樂的都很方便。官渡古鎮，翠湖，滇池，斗南這些地方去玩都很近的。關鍵是離昆明火車站走路五六分鐘就到了。昆明站北廣場。出站往左邊。直走五六分鐘到鑫都韻城，房間乾淨整潔。老闆娘也很熱情，還到昆明站接。我們第二天要出去玩。還免費放行李到晚上11點鐘我再去拿的。值得信賴。值得推薦。推薦給大家。下次到昆明還訂這一家民宿。

這次在昆明入住的酒店地理位置絕佳，步行5分鐘直達火車站，夜晚燈光秀和江景一覽無餘。房間裝修精緻，無異味，獨衞獨浴。樓下就是街道，有需要下個樓就能解決。前台服務貼心，主動提供遊玩建議。整體性價比超高，是兼顧交通、舒適度和特色的完美選擇，強烈推薦！

老闆特別好，價格優惠，而且有桶裝水可以喝到放心的熱水，別的家都是水壺，而且老闆特別大方，礦泉水成件放，隨便拿！有一次性坐便套和擦臉巾，床被也乾淨，沒有異味，位置也四通八達。小吃店非常多，衞生收拾的特別乾淨！果斷續住！以後到昆明就住這家了！

這絕對是我住過最驚喜的民宿！一進門就被温馨又有格調的裝修打動，每個角落都能看出房東的用心，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。房東超級熱情貼心，提前告知路線和周邊攻略，像朋友一樣親切。位置也很贊，離火車站近，周邊美食超多。下次來一定還住這，已經推薦給所有朋友啦！
