Her professional and meticulous service was great. She took the initiative to help us upgrade to executive room, gave us executive treatment, and sent us flower cakes and seagulls. The next day, she unexpectedly learned that it was my mother's birthday and helped decorate the room. When I came back from outside and opened the door, my grandmother and the baby were stunned. Ms. Zhang Lujiang from the housekeeping department also sent the child a construction vehicle toy, which was really nice. The only drawback was that the drinks in the mini bar in the guest room were charged, and they didn't seem to be very expensive.

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers.
