I stayed at 2 discount by taking advantage of the discovery of Okinawa color. Your options at the hotel are dependent on what “level” you have which is dependent on how many nights you stay (?) and what color card you are given to wear around your neck. Pros – Nice beach, free lounge chairs and umbrella (gold card), free breach towels, free activities such as the banana boat ride (gold card), and the “glass bottom boat ride (gold card), free mask and snorkel for both adults and kids! The two buffets were nice. We went to the first floor on the first day, the second floor (gold card) buffet on the remaining days for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, raspberry French toast, eggs benedict which were not offered on the first floor. Great view of the ocean, nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Very helpful. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

We used a 4-bed room to stay with friends and family in early February. The room has an ocean view, amenities such as shampoo are high-class, and you can enjoy Okinawa cuisine cooked with homemade cheese and fresh ingredients for breakfast. I think it would be better to stay with breakfast if possible. I have stayed at Okinawa hotels many times, but I thought that this hotel would be better than a famous foreign luxury hotel to receive relaxing Okinawa hospitality in a better sense. Next time I come in summer and want to enjoy it while entering a beautiful pool.

A five-star resort hotel with three pools (infinity, large, and children's) and a small splash pool. Staff provide towels and bottled water at the poolside loungers, with paid food options available. The private beach is a 10-minute walk to the loungers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and great for staying in all day. It's recommended to stay at least two days to fully enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and amenities. You can still use the amenities even after you check out tho which is nice. Transportation: Driving is necessary (parking fee JPY 1500/day).

However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Long time traveller, first time reviewer. I was absolutely compelled to write this glowing review, as it took a lot of digging to even discover this hotel online, given the hotel's strong Asian focus and our family being from Australia. Indeed, when we were warmly greeted, we were told by our lovely host that we were the first Australian family to ever stay here. So in writing this, I hope it helps the hotel attract more international clientele. From the moment we were greeted (by the wonderful Akiko, who happened to have spent time in Australia and spoke excellent English), to the moment we departed, the hotel couldn't have been more perfect. The architecture and design, the furniture, the brilliant views, the stunning and quaint Kouri Island setting (beautiful beaches, very good snorkelling), all made for a brilliant first impression. Then to our room where the impression continued - spacious, beautifully appointed with many inclusions, and as the hotel was quite new, everything worked perfectly. Next, the restaurant, a beautiful space with stunning views over the ocean, served as a perfect setting for truly brilliant high end Japanese cuisine. Freshness and flavour in the food was paramount and the generosity was almost too much - sometimes we struggled to finish everything. And if you are a wine or sake lover, then you are in for a treat. We took the all inclusive package given the restaurant is quite expensive for Okinawa (but quite reasonable for high-end Japan), thinking of course that the wine and sake included would be modest at best. But we were absolutely blown away by a magnificently curated collection of wine and sake that were all included. Guided by food pairings by the sommelier, we were presented with an amazing selection of top Champagnes, Burgundies, Bordeaux and Italian wines, as well as serious high end sakes. As a wine professional, I was absolutely blown away and it made the whole experience truly memorable, as well as unbelievably good value. One word of advice - whilst the hotel has stunning views of the ocean, it isn't on the beach. However, it is just a 15 minute walk, 5 minute e-bike ride (available at the hotel), or just take a complimentary lift from the resort staff. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a truly memorable stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
