Beautiful, serene surroundings. Friendly receptionists and wonderful staff. Dominique the personal trainer was fabulous! Food exceptional! All amenities spot on! Food selection excellent, staff so attentive they even knew my coffee choice. We are having an amazing visit. Thank you, all.

It was accidental choice to visit Zury restaurant recommend by Chef Jubeesh We had a fantastic surprise by Boban chef and have had pleasant smiling face with heartfelt service by Justin at Lime tree restaurant with mouth watering food amazing food 🥘

The resort is stunning set by a lake, very calming and peaceful. The staff vey friendly, courteous and nothing too much trouble. Nikkil our waiter was very helpful and polite. Overall a great stay very relaxing. Great walks around the resort and ***** the lakes. Would come again!

All the facilities of Zuri Kumarakom Kerala and the working methods of all the staff are very good and commendable. And a special aspect of it is the communication skills and knowledge of the Guest Service Associate-Sanchita in the House Keeping Group, Assistant Manager- Sreejith in the Engineering Group and Senior General Trade Mechanic-Anup and HR Head- Harikrishnan are highly commendable.

I had one of my best experiences at Zuri resort. Great resort, good breakfast spread and amazingly polite and smiling staff. Resort is spread over a large area and has a great view of the backwaters also. The hotel also organized a sunset cruise over the backwaters which was also great. Will surely come back again

Great service, wonder resort, has been maintained very well since 18 years. Had a wonderful Ayurvedic massage and went on a boat ride Breakfast and food was very good. Special mention to Mr Boban Thomas Exicutive Chef as well as Lalitha who gave us the best service

Experienced the best dining at Lime Restaurant at the Zuri. Rohit our waiter was exceptional in his service. The food quality and taste was also exceptional. The facility was welcoming and the staff are happy to serve you. The room was of High standard and clean .

This is a fantastic place for relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff are amazing, every single person we met. The restaurant staff went extra mile to make sure the food was good. Ravi, Anjali and Lalitha took care of us so well. The Spa team was equally amazing with Arun and Ambli providing us personal care! Overall, this is a great place and we will come back, when time permits.
