Kerala is beautiful and Kumarakom is its crown jewel and Backwater Ripples does full justice to the jewel of Kerala. Everything about this property will make you fall in love with it. From the magnanimous reception area, to the beautiful garden and pool area. From the courteous staff to the delicious food options at the restaurant. Everything about the property is top notch. I would also like to praise Mr. Alam for taking great care of my kids during our stay. His relentless effort and soft spoken nature left a lasting impression on all of us.

We had an amazing one-night stay at Backwater Ripples, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The highlight was the extraordinary speed boat ride, which added a thrilling touch to our experience. The Shikkara ride was equally serene, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the backwaters. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch, offering a delicious spread of local and international cuisine. The staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and rejuvenating. We couldn’t have asked for a better gateway!

The stay was simply wonderful! The ambience, staff and service was absolutely amazing and world class. If you are looking for a relaxed get away, then this the place for you. Easy to reach from Kochi, Backwater Ripples is definitely value for money.

Housekeeping services are poor. Further hotel staff are even accessing the rooms without our knowledge & in our absence .Housekeeping services are not attended even when specifically asked to do the same by selecting the requisite switch.

Wonderful sprawling property overlooking the backwaters Resort provides a shikara boat for a nice eventful ride They also arranged for yoga in the morning and have a buggy to move around The staff were helpful and changed a tv that was not working Breakfast was adequate and a good spread I recommend this property for a relaxed and pleasant holiday

It was a beautiful place by the sea. The property was very clean and the swimming pool looked crystal clear. The room was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The only negative thing was that most of the channels on the TV wasn't working. But other than that everything was excellent

Went with a normal expectation, turned out to be an amazing stay . Let it be from reception , restaurant nor check out all where out standing . To elloborate: The stay begins with a high tea from 4-5 ( couple of snacks and tea) following by a boat trip from 5pm-6pm. Followed by a music show. Dinner was well served and to hear the recommendations from the chef in charge Mr Govind Nair as well Mr Sunil were very patient to talk through the options. Next morning a quality buffet . For additional charges they provide Kayaking.

I recently conducted my daughter's engagement at backwater ripples. The service was excellent and The staffs were Very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful experience and Would highly recommend the resort for conducting functions!

We had wonderful time with family. Ms. Sindhu M Nair was very helpful through out our stay. Highly recommend place for unwinding, great food & services. Overall great stay & experience. Nice location & ambiance. Staff was helpful. Great place for family & friends
