It was like a dream coming here. The hotel was exactly the same as it described, paradise. One member of staff named Kavi eas very helpful and took many amazing photos. The activities , such as the boat ride were very entertaining and fun. We will surely not forget this experience!

Incredible unique experience the food is unbelievable make sure to enjoy the spa and sunset cruise. The best hospitality. Make sure to meet activities director Kavi for pictures, he is a superstar. We stayed in a heritage lake view villa with private pool for a wonderful blend of comfort and what felt like an authentic experience.

Excellent place and we really enjoyed the stay! Great ambiance, well trained staff, very polite and gentle behavior, very clean, neat and tidy! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great food and willing to cater according to your need. Moreover we are very much pleased to recommend this facility 👌👍

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Traumhafte Anlage, entspannte und liebenswerte Umgebung. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm. Das Essen war himmlisch und uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

We had a great stay at the hotel forte kochi topped off with a night at the r beautiful hotel and 3 nights on the houseboat. The food was fantastic, a great blend of traditional with a little western. Our team of 3 looked after us impeccably and seeing daily life ***** the lakes and tributaries was a delight.

One of the most awesome resort I have experience till now. The ambience is wonderful. The staff is very supportive & excellent service. Had a great time with my family. Enjoyed the infinity pool as well as the pool provided just at the doorstep of my room.

We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to making our stay comfortable. We want to mention agiya and basil from the vembanad restaurant. And one amazing event manager KAVI who not only welcomed us with checking in our luggage his photography skills are impeccable. He helped us have some amazing memories from our stay at Kumarakom during sunset and with our check out courtesy. Staff members like Kavi evaluate the overall service and quality of the resort.

Best and Aesthetic property experienced in the lifetime. Special mention to Mr. KRISHNADAS from reception who was always there for any requirements we had. WE are really looking forward to comeback because of his service. Over all well maintained property good ambience nicely managed interiors and welcoming staff Jidin from reception helped us well during checkout.
