Excellent resort.. Super helpful staff and food was yummy.... Cosy stay, very close to the nature... Really enjoyed the stay! The cruise, garden, pool, dining hall were all well maintained & super clean.. Very warm welcome.. And served the food with utmost hospitality

The location of the property and the facilities provided by the property are great. You get the in house activities and shikara ride without any additional charges. Food quality, variety and service is great.

Definitely not a 4 star experience and it was very below average experience. I found the lobby and corridor areas not clean at all and there was some kind of stink all over. Their services such as room service take hours to get completed. Laundry service is also very slow. The pool was not clean and they beedtk work on that as well. The only good thing was the garden area withba good view and the garden area was also not maintained properly. I don't recommend this place.

Room was fine. Staffs was good. Food was ok. Ambiemce of resort was awsome. But toilets was horrible. I change room because of toilet but in that room also flush was not workingg.

we went for my father's 80th birthday celebration. we really did enjoyed our stay. nice welcoming from hotel staff with wishes and a juice. they gave us a free backwaters ride, really enjoyed by my family. next thing we did is having a good time in pool. enjoyed very much there. thereafter a nice dinner. (paid) my family liked the dinner as we went for buffet. for six person with a kid it came around 5900 or little less rooms are excellent (ashtamudy). clean and neat property is superb. you can cycle around or walk or run😃 overall experience is really good

I am not satisfied with the service provided.First of all room was not well maintained.Some toiletries was used one ,like toothpaste, packet without soap etc.Hospitality from receptionist was arrogant I mean one of the receptionist lady.Phone is not working well in room. In bathroom most of the things got rust and in broken manner.I didn't expect a resort like this by paying per day

I recently booked a 1-day stay with my family at Lakesong, Kumarakom. The booking was done through ClubW access membership by Widu Holidays. Though it was just a 1-day stay, we enjoyed it a lot. As it was raining, we had a monsoon tourism effect. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities include canoeing, cycling, indoor games, a gym, a swimming pool (4ft - 6ft deep) with a kids pool, a restaurant, boating, fishing, etc. Overall, the stay was a memorable one.

Despite our short visit, they made a lasting impression with their warm hospitality, attentive nature, and efficient service. One day was not enough – we wanted to stay longer and soak up more of their excellent service! The top-notch service was impressive, even for a brief stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Excellent resort and the ambiance is amazing really enjoyed the location. Especially restaurant team was awesome they helped a lot and restaurant manager shine K M’s hospitality was great. Really thanking you lakesong and team. I strongly recommend my friends, family and my teammates.
