Resort is at remote location for shoping or restirents. You will need a taxi ride to anywhere around. Food & service is 4 star, good holiday place for relaxing time. No alochole served at the resort, but staff was very helpful to direct us for the local shop.

Did a Marma Spa. Parvathy was really good. I felt very relaxed. I booked this resort after my wedding day and massage was very much needed after all the running around and stress. They treated us well and Provided the best facilities. I would highly recommend this experience.

The room we were initially booked into had a door into another room and you could hear everything being said there. Thankfully they then moved us into another room which was incredible. The reception staff were very helpful arranging the room move and also ordered us in drinks as it is a dry hotel and there is no bar. The gyms air conditioning did not work. The service was great, in particular at the restaurant from Ashna who remembered our room number when we couldn't!

The resort is a little tired and the rooms need refurbishing. The pool is the longest in India and is fantastic with beautiful views of the lake. Excellent Indian breakfast but the western breakfast was average. The spa shower rooms need cleaning. The massive positive is the staff. Without exception, everyone was polite, happy and extremely helpful. Huge mention for Ashna in the restaurant who lit up our day everyday!

Amazing hospitality and food plus comfortable rooms. Interiors are done well and highlights the vintage look as well. The pool, backwaters and the nature views are the biggest highlights. Relaxing and soothing experience. Had a great time.

This is a very quiet and tranquil property with the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. In the future, we will return to this resort. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The bed sheets were changed on a regular basis, and there were plenty of towels available. There was a high level of cleanliness in the bathrooms.

Excellent resort with great hospitality and awesome cuisines. Best place to relax and rejuvenate. The complimentary boating on backwater is excellent. Ashna and the chef Mr gobi and all other staffs were very good. The swimming pool is awesome.

We are a family and we have enjoyed our stayed the rooms, cottages, and villas are clean with wonderful views. The swimming pool cleanliness and beauty view to the river are wonderful, The staff are respectful, professional, heartwarming and welcoming and special thanks to Cherly and chef. Gopi and Goshy for their generosity, hospitality and everything they are with us and making sure that we are comfortable in everyway We really recommend this resort,,,

This hotel is very good in every aspect, the rooms by the pool were very good and the restaurant is highly recommended, the staff is very efficient and welcoming and the infinity pool is amazing, we will definitely be back on our next vacation in Kerala
