從JR站步行（因不熟悉）要20分鐘以上，到達不了到下午3點，所有人都等等，3點以後check in，不過遺憾的是我的房間通知沒有打掃完畢，還得等，所以又等了10分鐘，是我主動上前才答理我可以上樓，服務要改進！

The stay was very comfortable and everything was great. The room was clean and convenient for a solo traveler like myself and I got some good rest. It was easy to access with trams passing in front of the hotel. I would stay again when visiting Kumamoto!

Room was reasonably large. Free drinks 18:00 to 21:00. Large bath. Friendly staff. Try the hotel restaurant below "Ryosai" for some sashimi (horse included)

The room is really small, not ordinary, I'm telling the truth. But it is very comfortable to be able to take a bath every day♨️. After eating dinner and shopping in the city center every day, you can take a taxi back to the hotel for 800-1,000 yen. The price is very good, so I can’t complain.
