2. in estuary sarovar premiere when we arrived in to hotel we tried for hot water but it was red. and those are dirty water alsoo. we complained in the hotel but no one responded for that 😕

Beautiful place, top notch hospitality and great view. I got an upgrade to the estuary view room, which was beautiful. The location is quaint and nice. The hotel has plenty of activities. The food is decent. Staff is always available for help.

Poor service, wash room water was mud colour, called the reception and they kept us waiting for 1. 5 hrs to fix the issue and the issue was not fixed

The resort atmosphere is very good but the service is very bad, food options are very limited but it was compensated by the manager Stephen he is just awesome and provided excellent customer service. The main PROBLEM we had - NO HOT WATER in the bath room for 2 days and we had to call several times to get the bucket hot water which was very disappointing. Ayurveda treatment was very good but they didnt provide hot water to shower after the treatment.

I have visited a lot of resorts, but this one is the worst experience of all. IT begins with the chekin, I had to wait 1.5 hours to check in . I really struggled managing a 3 month old baby. The rooms were decent enough, but still not worth for the money. Next comes the main disappointment. THE FOOD !!!!! I went to the restaurant with my family which includes people more than 70 years old. We ordered food and had to wait for 2 hours to get the food. After a long wait for food, we expected at least the quality of the food would be nice but, it did not taste good at all !! All my family members were irritated about the half uncooked food which was prepared for 2 hours!!!!!! Next comes the breakfast, again a disaster. only thing which were tasting good were the uncooked vegetables . Thank god they din put their hands into it. Another 1.5 hours wait for the check out and the service was terrible. The don even care about our stay, and expectation. All they look is for the money and the attitude they show was too much. I felt really bad taking my family there and spoiled their evening. I am never coming back or referring anyone i know to this restaurant again.

The room we chose was garden view room and that too the price was slightly on the higher side, though we were a constant guests over Estuary for since the beginning, we didn’t have any issue for that. But this time I had to mention this, the stay , food and experience was terrible and we had a bitter experience over there. We checked in at 2:00 and we ordered for food and they were so rude to us and they insisted us to to order the same variety to get the food soon , and still they took 1.5hrs to deliver the food. The service was not at all good and none of them were responsive and the staffs were not cooperating to us also. The room didn’t have any amenities they promised as they say and the bathroom washbasin was leaking through the sides. And on top of this, the property is not at all clean and maintained like before. The restaurant and premises were super loud and didn’t have a calm atmosphere to enjoy the stay. Overall we had a delay in checkin and checkout too.

The staff was very friendly especially Hema. She is very pleasant and excellent at customer management. We got the garden cottage which is really good. The garden and play area etc are excellent too. Food is great. Overall good experience and nice management of this property,clean.

Got the anti voyage treatment under Dr. Smriti’s advice from the therapist Ambili and I must say it was one the best ayurvedic spa therapy and must try if you are trying in Sarovar portico. I have tried multiple spa in many other big chain but never got such a special attention towards my pain point areas. I would suggest do try their one of the therapies.
