I loved the food as the chef came and reached out to each person to ask what we want and when we recommend that he made us that food and it was absolutely yummy…must try each and every different variety of foods in veg as well as in non veg…people are so good that they help us in every space

Dr smriti explained everything really well...wonderful experience...must visit the ayurveda center at the hotel...the ambience was very beautiful..the staff was very courteous and well behaved...the property is very beautiful and lush with lots of greenery...

Dr. Smriti has excellent knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments. I underwent the Elakizhi treatment, and it was a very good experience, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. A must-visit place. The ambiance of this resort takes wellness to the next level

Dr smriti advised me to do ayurvedic treatment which name is shirodhara and after the treatment I am so grateful to doctor because I have never experienced such type treatment before and I would recommend all to do the shirodhara treatment here Thank you all

Eastury sarovar portico resort....we are good resort....room.. garden side...all fesilitice..and...clean the room...bed verry smooth confertable. Experience...very like..High light your staf VISHNU House keeping . Bigg thankss ..brother. Good help full and .. friendly...staf..thanks all

We had seen the property during boat ride. So decided to spend a couple of days there. The property turned out to be a gem, aesthetically landscaped and curated. Main building had a vintage aura. We had a room facing huge room with a big french window with adjoining lay down. Room was huge and had old fashioned roof. The property towards estuary is great for measure walk and meditation. The things that ****** was lack of hospitality and language problem. Our roof started leaking after a shower and no one from management had a clue as what to do. They sent a technician to repair the roof, which was impossible. They offered us a half size hotel room on ground floor which we couldn’t just accept after paying for the prime room. Ultimately we settled in the same room with regular wiping the floor off puddle. ( management wasn’t even apologetic ) second problem, the food at the restaurant was very average and tables lacked basic hygiene. All in all if we ignore these glitches then property is fantastic

This resort is short of service staff. Food of restaurant was not according to start category. I ordered tomato chicken pasta from room service at 6pm, they served veg pasta after 2 hours. Star. Your representative knows everything

The accommodation and facilities are good. But there appears shortage of staff as we had to wait long time during dinner for someone to attend to. Otherwise it's a great place to have timeout.

It was an amazing stay. Definitely would recommend others to visit here. I had an amazing experience visiting here even it was just for one day. Vishnu from house keeping have really maintained and designed my room with flowers and it was handmade. Had a flower heart in our room with all the facilities. Sweets and snacks water were available whenever we needed. The food the staff were all friendly and was good hospitality. Bed is so comfortable and soft everything works properly. Huge and big thanks for Vishnu( house keeping) and other staff who made us comfortable here and for greeting us well. Will definitely visit next time for long stay xx.
