"I had a great stay in the hotel. Clean room, looks new and very comfy. Great staff. Loved the cafe and we made real connection with the work staff. If I remember the names correctly, Hussein, Eddy Den and a wonderful lady that joined the team later on. Mary or Merri. All really attentive and very hard working even though they seemed to be there every minute of the day. They really made the trip fun. The food was buffet style but really up to par, especially breakfast. Loved it. Had to tell all because it was really worth it. A gem for us Brits to take a punt on. Don't leave it all to the Germans!!! Lol. And the sea, the towns nearby, absolute heaven. Thank you the team. You know who!!! See you next year if not sooner."

"The spa photos on the website are stunning, but, unfortunately, the actual experience is not even close to what you might expect. Try to imagine at least 100 people in those photos, and you'll get a more realistic picture. The spa is consistently overcrowded, with six people squeezed into one jacuzzi at all time, far too few sunbeds, and no space in the adults-only top-floor spa even after a long wait. The sauna is similarly packed, making it nearly impossible to find a place to sit. Overall, the spa is by far too small for a hotel of this size. If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience, you might want to consider other hotels."

"Nice hotel in a beautiful island location. Rooms on the small side. Friendly helpful staff. Indoor and outdoor pool areas are lovely with plenty of sun beds . Boat service is very regular on the hour every hour from 6am until midnight. We didn’t like the food too much though and found the restaurant to be quite chaotic not very organised. The food is pretty much same every night. Vegetables almost raw and meat over cooked. Good thing is we didn’t gain weight on this holiday 😅."

"Brand new hotel in the heart of the city. Excellent service, worthy of the best 5-star standards. Right upon arrival, they take care of your car, parking it themselves either in the underground garage or in an external lot. I had booked through a third-party website and, upon arrival, the room I reserved was not available. The receptionist, Natalija, was extremely helpful in finding a solution and eventually gave us an upgraded room to solve the issue in the best way possible (Outstanding professionalism). The room had every comfort and was very spacious. The rooftop pool is remarkable, and the 25-meter indoor pool is both elegant and a real pleasure to use. The saunas, on the other hand, are a bit small. Impeccable service, with great attention to every little detail. Definitely a must if you’re in the area. I will be more than happy to come back."

"Unpleasant Stay – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. 1. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, making it feel like they were doing me a favor just by answering the phone or even engaging in conversation. 2. The rooms are *incredibly* small, far below expectations. 3. There was a terrible smell in the room, forcing me to buy an air freshener and sleep with the window open. 4. No complimentary bottled water was provided in the room—only what’s in the minibar, and that comes at an extra cost. 5. The hotel design is dominated by black marble, which, combined with the very low lighting in the halls, makes the atmosphere dark and depressing. It’s far from inviting or comfortable."
