Overall stay was okay. There are some area of improvements required:
1) Swimming pool : Need to collect the towels from the gym but no one was there. When towels are not enough, no one to ask from.
2) Toilet : There are no light at the shower area. A-bit dark and small. The thermostat for the shower was not working well, awhile too hot awhile too cold.
3) Room : Overall okay but a little too dusty. My husband has been sneezing since he checked in to the room.
4) Buffet breakfast : Selection of food and beverages okay.

My fifth time staying at Sunway Putra Hotel, which is Totally worth every single penny. Always had a great time here and will always be my first choice hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Excellent location, near train, direct access to mall, very clean and comfy room, toilet, excellent service by staff, Mr Pueben which try to full fill my request for room with KLCC view, and also requested to change back to previous booking room as the room with KLCC view only with double bed. very fast service from them. Definitely will come again when there is any needs to stay in Kuala Lumpur hotel for whatever reason.

Facilities are new as hotel seems to be newly-built. Would not recommend this hotel if you want to find a good place to rest as the soundproofing is not done well and I could hear the neighbouring rooms’ doors banging from closing as early as 6 plus in the morning. I could hear guests talking and laughing when walking along the corridors. Even though the building is serviced by several lifts, the lifts are not efficient and even at times like 6pm and 9pm (not periods for checking out), I had to wait pretty long for the lifts. Due to the long wait, lifts were packed as well. I would suggest getting other new hotels in the vicinity to get a better rest if you are someone who cannot tolerate noise or if you are someone travelling with kids who are sensitive to noises.

I have a short trip here in 2 nights. Everything is good except the location. The staff at the counter she is so supportive and friendly. The room is clean, I asked to change the bed wrapper and they immediately change it. You can only go out of this area by grab, the tip is go to B3 and you will see the Grab standee there. Take the picture and send to the drive via the app then you will be fine, if not then the driver might get confusion. I was confused at the 1st day but after that everything perfect.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Around the hotel there are multiple condo/apartment of almost similar design building with the hotel.. About 15-20 min drive to stadium shah alam/aeon shah alam.. Amenities like iron, iron board, dental kit, shaving kit are provide upon request, they mention as a step for greener world.. Water heater work well.. Air cond also work well.. Gym was okay.. Basic machine that can cover full body exercises..

HHakimAfter about 5 years of not traveling to KL, I was very confused where to stay as majority of my stays in KL was in Gardens Hotel.
After reading so many reviews what caught my attention was the food in the area that is convenient since I am traveling with my 8 y/o daughter.
Our stays here for 3 nights was very pleasant, everything was good, checked in smoothly and checked out was a breeze.
I recommended this place to whoever looking to skip hotels and going for service apartment.

DDestinyCGLocation is simply perfect, hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Any issue is rectify immediately upon informing. Lots of restaurant and eatery around. Walkable to plenty of mall. Lot 10 food court food is nice. Highly recommended Overseas restaurant which is just nearby. Food is so good till we went back twice. The only downside there is mosquito in my room but luckily I manage to kill it. Initally aircon was not cold till technician came n rectify it. Had a very good rest for the 5d4n stay. Breakfast spread is pretty decent. Teh tarik is very nice. Will sure stay again if I’m heading to KL again.

GGuest UserBooked the wrong Melia (didn’t know there are two Melia in KL, older Melia in Bukit Bintang) but I’m very pleasantly impressed by every aspect of this 4-month old (as of Aug 2023) modern lifestyle hotel. Location wise - it’s at Chetras hood, majority Chinese Malaysian populated with heartlander stores, off the track shops and locals-go-to eateries. The hotel is located next to an ultra big shopping mall (comparable in size to Hudson Yards on 34th & 12th in Manhattan, Takashimaya in Orchard Singapore). Chetras is located at the fringe of downtown KL, 10-15 mins Grab ride, 15 mins MRT ride away. The success & sustainability of any service business are attributed not only to its hardwares but also its soft factors, I.e. “softwares” & most importantly for both to work hand in hand. INNside has both, which more than compensated for not situated right in downtown KL. Besides having well designed decor, ultra clean, sleek & modern rooms & facilities, the attentiveness, friendliness & warmth of the staff (from managers like Viveen, Azwan, Nastasia to all the crew staff - housekeeping, technical, F&B, front desk) touch our heart). Just to list an example amid many, I came for morning breakfast 15-20 mins late one day and although they had cleared the breakfasts, the manager was very accommodative, in offering coffee before I head out. I was extremely touched when he & the crew later brought out & offered good selection of breads & fruits, and I was well fed & energized for my days! It’s all these soft touches (and not blindly following the rule books) that leave a great impression! Kudos to the INNside team! Keep it up!

ZZhi yongOasia Suites is a great budget option for a central hotel in KL. Its fitout is a little dated compared to some of the more modern hotels, but it’s still perfectly fine. And for the amount you can save compared to other places it’s a great value option if you’re ok with “the look” not being on-point.
We had a suite for less than half the price of a room in other nearby hotels. Our suite was clean on arrival and was serviced every day. Including clean sheet and towels.

CChe WeaOne of favourite hotel to stay when trip to Kuala Lumpur is Ancasa Hotel & Spa. Room very nice especially if get room view KL Tower and Maybank Building (nice view especially at night).
Almost more 10 trip to KL, will stay here. Staff very helpfull & friendly, f&b very delicious. Hotel area nearest with LRT, MRT, UTC Pudu, Petaling Street and almost just walking if want to eat at nearest kedai makan. Gym is nice Room is beautiful Cons: The WIFI is not working most of the time despite it is available for free but it cant be connected There are rooms for improvements as it is still under refurbishment The housekeeping is not available at night Will definitely visit again

GGuest UserSpace limited in room, the location near to street and train, so some noise during night time. Hot water very stable, comfortable. Facilities have gym room, small but kind of complete, there is also shower room in gym room. The space at rooftop quite clean then expected (thought there will be lot of birds' ”gold'. Kedai Mamakjust right behind the hotel. Overall very good.

VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.

MMs EleganceI stayed in a family inter-connecting room, both the rooms are clean, comfy bed. Water heater not functioning good and the only issue I'm not happy is the insufficient sound prove, we cant sleep with the loud music ”boom...bommm..bomm” stayed up to morning.
