LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!  

We stayed with family in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Would like to thank staff for housing both apartments to same floor and close to each other. The apartments are very spacious (specially 3 bedroom, Wow!) and in very good condition. Not to mention the beautiful views. Also must mention that the staff did excellent job assisting us with whatever needs came up during our stay. Thank you for hosting us - it was a pleasure! :)

Budget hotel with convenient facilities, smooth check-in, clean room, you need to deposit RM.200 for damage deposit after check out, you can get quick refund. Recommended.

As a kind of homestay, Pavilion Ceylon Hill located in Bukit Bintang, near the Pavilion and TRX and the center of KL and easy to go around. Service nice and good price for 3 night, I might back if go to KKL

Location is very close to Jalan Alor Street food and about 10 minutes walk to Pavillion. There’s no proper food path in some areas so at night when it’s crowded with many cars, it’s very difficult to walk back to the hotel and can take much longer. We had a deluxe room which is quite spacious. The layout could be better improved to create more space in the room. However the desk and fridge cupboard is positioned in the middle of the room making the room much smaller. Breakfast was varied and always crowded so go earlier to secure a table. The gym is in a room with no windows so it feels like a dungeon. We didn’t use the pool as it’s next to the breakfast restaurant and not very big. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked 2 bedroom apartment 2 hours prior to check in and were really surprised at the unit that we got. It was huge and fully equipped. There is a room with washing machine and drying rack. A kitchen, a study room which could fit in 2 adults to sleep in, a main toilet and a huge living and dining room with balcony. 1 of the main bedroom bed can fit in 3 adults and the room itself is huge. 2nd bedroom has a balcony and its big too. Unit was very clean and well kept although the design / aircon / furniture are all outdated, the cleanliness of the well kept unit speaks for itself. Definitely recommend this place cos its worth it and super budget friendly too. Easy to get grab cos the traffic is very light and staff are all nice and friendly. Breakfast is very minimal but you can take a 3mins stroll to nearby mamak shops nearby. Will make a come back. Definitely.

Overall location and apartment facilities are ok. However, the two towels provided were not washed and it smells bad. We informed and they provided the one new towel which is not cotton and it does not suit to be used as towel. Eventually, we used our small facial towel after shower, and it caused inconvenience to us especially with kids. Bathroom basin is leaking and whenever used, it leaks all the way. If hygiene and cleanliness of towels are taken care, this will be good place for family with kids. Will go back again if above can be fixed, since kids love the pool and bathtub.

Hotel Review I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to KLCC, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch – everything was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, giving me a great night’s sleep every night. I also appreciated the little details like the shampoo provided; it had a refreshing serai (lemongrass) scent that made my shower experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of KL!

This hotel situated just next Central Market, one stop of arts and culliner which easy place to get something to eat. The room is incredibally clean, cosy and spacious.
