This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in KL. My room no.11 was the appalling; the cigarette smell was trapped inside the room without a window. I had to take cold shower for two days because the pipes were leaky. Poor service right from checking in to checking out. I will never come back again to stay. Very low room rate offered, not worth your time to check in. Great disappointment!

Checked in at 4am, lobby freshly painted. Had rooms pretty high up, view was pretty amazing. The rooms were nicely done up however wasn’t the cleanest as the couch had stains and the beds had a little stains. Paid around 80 sgd for a night. 2 bedroom suite. Only issue was that, there was only 1 bathroom which made it a little inconvenient.

Majestic is a majestic hotel. Huge quality selection of breakfast, good soundproofing, and friendly staff. The bath tub just amazing. I love my stay here. This is my second time and looking forward to come back again.
