Restaurant was excellent, facilities were incredible, hotel is set slightly out of the centre but that worked for us to be slightly apart (and they do provide a free shuttle bus)

This is our third stay at Majestic KL! We had a birthday celebration so we were extremely lucky to have staff that helped us with the preparations. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to chose from!

This is my second time after 10 years come back again to Majestic Hotel. All staffs provides excellent service, and the check-in and check-out processes are very smooth. The rooms are spacious and super clean room, come with a bathtub and water pressure is good, Mangosteen bath amenities are provided everything was so great. Excellent breakfast with many varieties of food. There is nothing around the hotel, no shops nor foods. Hotel provide shuttle only goes to KL Sentral. No guest toilets are available on the Ground Floor or Lobby area, need to use the toilets on the 1st floor of the hotel. For this trip I celebrated our anniversary and they even prepared me complimentary flowers bouquet. Thanks for the special arrangement 💝
