Superb Location for someone who is not driving. Walking distance to Midvalley Megamall & The Gardens and KTM/LRT.
Friendly and helpful staff. Worth your penny and will definitely come back again.

實話實説，酒店的硬件條件還是沒得説的。前台的兩位也很有禮貌，並且至少有一位會説中文（至少在我們入住期間是如此），酒店的地理位置雖然稍微有點偏，但旁邊300米左右就是地鐵站，去KLCC、柏威年等都很方便。早餐也比較豐富，還有游泳池，這都是很不錯的。
但是酒店唯一讓我們不滿意的一點是對於消防演練的安排。在這裏特別提醒：這家酒店在消防演練期間，是不允許離開酒店和進入酒店的。
我們在入住時，酒店告知第二天上午10點-13點有消防演練，並拿出了一張以全英文記載的注意事項。我們表示知曉。在第二天我們準備出門時，發現電梯全部停用，就想起了消防演練這件事，遂準備從樓梯下去。結果發現樓梯處也站了工作人員，不允許我們使用樓梯。可我們清晰的記得，昨晚並沒有被告知消防演練期間不允許離開酒店，發給我們的注意事項裏也沒有提及此事。只是讓我們不要驚慌。我們返回房間後，反覆查看注意事項，最終發現唯一與其有關的只有一句【do not evacuate the building】，其他任何文字都和離開扯不上關係。
以我淺薄的英語認知，evacuate指的應該是撤離，而不是離開。結合語境，對這句話的理解應該是【不要因為警鈴想了而撤離酒店，這只是演習】，而不是【演習期間不允許離開酒店】，且前台也衹告知有演習，但對於這種重要的情況並沒有特別説明。
這讓我們的計劃全部打亂，被酒店硬控在房間，直到演習結束。我也算是走過不少國家，住過不少酒店，但從未有一家酒店以消防演習為由限制客人的人身自由，其他酒店即使依據當地法律演習，也不會影響客人正常離開酒店。我們這次只是被耽誤點行程，萬一是要着急趕飛機的客人呢？酒店會因此賠償誤機損失嗎？我想是不會的。
除了這一點，其他方面確實都還不錯。下次來吉隆坡可能還會考慮，但我確實是被貴酒店的消防演習給整不會了。

This was the best hotel so far i have stay recently. The manager who on duty that day is doing a good job settle my booking. Breakfast is good. All staffs with smiling face. Definitely will be back.

The hotel was spotless and impeccably maintained. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The breakfast offered a delicious variety, catering to all tastes. The location was perfect, conveniently situated next to a large shopping mall.
