Third time to this hotel, as always hygiene and environment is very good

But this time an episode happened.

Upon arrival, no one met us, already near the reception desks when we were checking in, the concierge came up and asked us to take our luggage. And before that, both of us stood there silently watching. No one greets us, no one smiles. Everyone stands there looking at the ceiling or talking to each other. No attention to visitors. And this hotel has five stars, it's a lie.
The minibar was not filled, sometimes they forgot to put the towels down. We asked them to report that they had changed them.

For this trip to Kuala Lumpur, the InterContinental Hotel I chose was very cost-effective. The hotel location is a ten-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s only one kilometer to the Budweiser business district. There is Chinese service at the front desk, and we also upgraded the room type for free. Breakfast is also good, but the Chinese dishes are a little lacking. The room facilities are old, but fortunately they are well maintained. The overall stay experience is very warm and comfortable.
