The place is comfortable and nice but the staff is very unfriendly. How about having a receptionist like most hotels to make it easier?

Nice apartments. Great location. The only downside is that the pool is paid. Access to the pool is also paid, even if you are a guest. And they charge money even for small children.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was a hotel converted from an apartment. Since there was no front desk, you had to call the staff to open the door. For people with poor English, it was a nightmare.

The location of the house is very good, in KLCC, which is the only advantage. The facilities are relatively old. Before booking, I saw on Ctrip that some customers complained about the water leakage in the room. We also encountered the same problem. It seems that they didn't repair it at all. They just put a bucket on the ceiling and rented it out. When it was our turn to stay, the bucket overflowed again, and water dripped down the ceiling. The housekeeper was quite nice, but the homestay did not provide disposable toiletries. When we went there, there was not even toilet paper (although the quality of the toilet paper provided by the housekeeper was hard to describe...) In short, I don't recommend it.
