Hotel location is very good. Walking distance to Petronas tower. They should have a lobby for guest while waiting for the room.

Overall my stay in this apartment had fulfilled my minimum expectation, in terms of location & facilities, I’m quite happy with it.
In term of service I’m disappointed. I waited for more than an hr to check into my room. The person in charge collected 200 RM deposit on my first day of my stay, but yet to get the refund till now. I hope the person in charge will do the refund soon.
