Everything is very good, the staff Mirza is very friendly, the room is clean, got kettle, got hair dryer (upon request), basic toiletries provided too, except the heater in the shower room is not functioning although the switch already turned on.

This budget hotel is surrounded by eateries, convenient stores, kopitiams and variety of shops, very very convenient. The accommodation was simple but comfy, just the cleanliness could have been better.
▶️ Front desk staff was friendly and cheerful!
▶️ No water dispenser provided compared to others Swing & Pillows branches.
▶️ Parking quite a problem before 8pm.
Overall, it was a nice experience!

Mainly here to watch the badminton match. It’s not difficult to take a taxi. It takes about 35 minutes to walk. There are many restaurants downstairs, some of which are open 24 hours a day. There is also a vegetable market nearby. The breakfast is very early. I will consider it next time I watch the game. Stay here.

After a long and tiring trip arriving from Chengdu City, we are glad we managed to get such a wonderful hotel night stay here in #swing&pillows hotel strategically located here in the fringe of KL...
Super convenient surroundings with multiple shops, cafe & restaurants to satisfy our every need...
Staffs were super friendly ensuring we get first class treatment...

Very nice stay. Room is clean and comfortable. I heard the new management just took over this hotel, so some of the things are not ready yet. The hotel is situated near to alot of eating places, cafe, fine dining, desert cafes are just walking distance from the hotel.
