Check in and check out a bit slow but location wise.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the heart of the city, easily access to the major shopping mall, and no worries for food hunting.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Near many shopping centre. pavilion shopping is just opposite the hotel. Just need to be prepared for the heavy traffic.

1. The service staff are very friendly and can solve your needs immediately
2. The location is good, right next to the Pavilion shopping mall, but there is no outside noise in the room.
