Hotel is getting old. Staff not very friendly and welcoming. Room need proper maintenance. Bfast was decent. Overall will stay here again if the purpose is shopping.

The breakfast at Federal Cafe was nice and not expensive. Very tasty. I like the food varieties. Good selection. Keep up the good food!

Room are clean but carpet still old
Location so strategic in the middle of Bukit Bintang neat to shopping mall

The hotel is convenient for transportation
Overall it is OK.
There are several business districts around, and there is a night market downstairs.

I have been staying at this hotel many times before. Ths location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. This time this stay I have been disappointed with the service provided during checkout. Instead of serving the people who have been queuing up, the checkout girl decided to serve someone who jumped the queue. Very disappointing.
