Place is very clean and good. Water filter installed in the room for all water needs. Very spacious and value for the price.
Only issue i had was that my request for late check in on trip.com was met with silence. Only after digging did I find out that you can contact the hotel through whatsapp message. By the time i found the number it was too late and their front desk agents had knocked off for the day. Luckily they leave the keys with the security to allow check in after they leave. Just overall left me alot of stress as to whether we'll get to check in or not

Ceylonz has a great view to see KL tower and Petronas Twin Tower and night lights. The best overlooking while swimming to their beautiful infinity pool.

The location is quite good, everything is nearby - Petronas, TV tower, Chinatown, Jalan Alor street food street. The pool is on the roof, there are not enough sun loungers, the towels run out before the pool closes. The rooms are not very clean and not everything is thought out, there was no cleaning (I don’t even know if it should be or not). Otherwise, the hotel is worth the money, well, at least because of the location. Oh, I completely forgot, there is no mattress on the bed))) yes, yes, what lies on top is more like a foam thing for a sofa, it’s very hard to sleep.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Broad. Suitable for those who want to bring small children and babies. Parking is charged rm 5 once to enter. Have to pay for parking in the lobby first before going out. This hotel takes care of the privacy of visitors who check in. It's just that the staff at the counter are asked to be more friendly and please treat customers better. So the whole vacation at the hotel was very good.

Terrible, extremely dirty, I couldn’t stay even 5 minutes, I had check out right a way , smells very bad, looks 20 years old faculty, between hotel management and ctrip I end up paying for two nights without staying in there. Bad Bad Bad, if you’re worried about your health this hotel is not for you.
