There are two rooms with windows, but only one room has a window when I arrived. The price is different for rooms with and without windows. The room is simple, with nothing in it, and it smells bad.

I don't understand why there isn't a single bad review. We arrived a little early, but because we didn't understand English well, the Chinese staff member next to us "reminded" us with a look of disgust that we couldn't check in until 2 o'clock. If we were so impatient, we could talk to the translator at the front desk, and we didn't need your help! I've been to Malaysia so many times, and this is the only Chinese person I've met, breaking the perfect filter of so many friendly Chinese people who helped me before! After I went into the room, the hygiene was indescribable. There were still a lot of short hairs of previous guests on the pillow! The hygiene was so bad that I had to wear long clothes and long pants to sleep with my child for a night. After asking Ctrip, they said that I couldn't refund the next day, so I didn't stay there. I booked a new hotel the next day and left! (Note: I only encountered one staff member with a bad attitude, the others were okay)
