I don't even get a chance to go inside the hotel, already being scammed and get a cold, unfriendly and "the required to deal with customer" treatment. I cannot modify my date, I cannot get a refund for my deposit and the hotel makes an easy money. They don't even think or provide me with any solutions that will be fair to both parties.
